Step 1 | Enquiry – contact us via email or telephone to confirm availability. Make a provisional booking – all we need is a call or email. | Email confirmation booking form (cbf) and booking conditions. | |
Step 2 | Complete in full, sign and return our confirmation booking form (CBF) to secure your booking. Book transport and arrange trip/student insurance. | Email confirmation of booking and guidance on navigating the website downloads. | |
Step 3 | Preview Visit – We strongly recommend you visit us prior to your course to familiarise yourselves with our building and see firsthand what we can offer your group. You will also need to begin liaison with us about the content of your programme. | We take great pride in our centre and we would be delighted to be given the opportunity to show you around and discuss ideas for your course programme with you. | |
Step 4 | We suggest you arrange a Parents Evening to show parents and students what an exciting week they could have with us at our inspirational arts centre. This is the perfect opportunity to give them all the information and forms they require also. Ingestre staff are happy to visit your school to assist and answer any questions if desired. |

Step 5 | Final Preparations – This is the final stage of organising your visit and we request that this information is sent to us as early as possible, but at least TWO weeks prior to your visit. | Alterations can be made last minute to any paperwork we have already received, this is normal practice and don’t worry – we are used to last minute changes. | |
Step 6 | Arrival.Notify us of changes to any details already given so we can update accordingly. This is particularly important for the nominal roll that is displayed at all times for fire drills etc, it must reflect all names of students and staff accurately. | On arrival your group will be welcomed by the HOC, tutors and any other staff available. |
